Teaching and Scholarly Interests

Dr. Thalita spent 4 years in the pharmaceutical industry working with clinical trials in cephalosporins and wound healing product development. After that, she worked for 7 years investigating the mechanisms involved in redox signaling in murine aortic smooth muscle cells at University of São Paulo and at Emory University.
